Sven

Auteur, Archeologist, and Polynesian Historiographer

Sven, born of Deutscher Adel is a long time member of the Royal Exploration Corps. Having early on taken an interest in the artifacts, peoples, and practices of the Polynesian cultures, his knowledge and desire for exploration is a great asset to the R.E.C. It was in fact Doctor Shortbottom that introduced Sven to the R.E.C., quite accidentally. Sven, conducting a survey of the islands in the South Pacific (Rimatara, Rurutu, Tubuai), was blown off course. Thankfully his path crossed that of Shortbottom who was at the time exploring the "Polynesian Triangle" just northeast of New Zealand. This an area that would later become home to Shortbottom's Landing (Ehrlich Is.). The two safely returning to the calmer waters of the R.E.C.'s North American western headquarters became fast friends. Sven was introduced to officers of the Corps and was offered Distinguished Status as an Officer of the Royal Exploration Corps. His knowledge of Polynesia and its artifacts, as well as his written and cinematography prowess are legendary.
