Stéphanos
Artist, Antiquities Collector, and Relics Dealer
Stéphanos, known only by his first name, is a questionable sort by all accounts. While he has been helpful to the R.E.C. during and after expeditions in discovering the historical importance of items, he is suspected by some to have goals beyond that of the R.E.C. and its charter. Some believe he has worked with H. Hightower, collecting ill-gotten artifacts, many of which are on display at Hightower Hotel. There are some unsubstantiated reports that it was Stéphanos that coerced Boomerang Blaine into smuggling some rather mysterious and perhaps dangerous relics.
