Colonel Nedley Lostmore
Colonel Lostmore, now more commonly referred to as "Shrunken Head Ned", is someone every R.E.C. member should know and seek out for advice. Being the "Jungle's Only Self-Service Witch Doctor", his knowledge of the jungle is unsurpassed. Photographs of him in is less shrunken state are practically nonexistent, this may be due in part to magic (black magic?) beyond our understanding. It is believed that the Colonel was in fact a member of the Royal Exploration Corps., but this is unclear as records are few. We do know "Ned" was an early member of, and responsible for training of new skippers for the JNC. These days Ned can normally be found at South Seas Traders, across from JNC's west coast headquarters. For a small fee, Ned is happy to share worldly advice with any explorer.
