Clemens a river boat pilot, one that occasionally dabbles in writing, has assisted the R.E.C. numerous times with river transport in the Americas. Clemens, who had trained under Pilot Ortega, also has taken in interest in Mr. Tesla's experiments and will often visit his laboratory.
